Easy Two Color Copic Blending

Hey folks!

One of my favorite things to do is add that pop of color in what could otherwise be pretty but plain. It doesn't have to be a complicated process either! Three colors from two families is all you really need. Easy peasy.

The Power Poppy BLACK EYED SUSAN Digital Stamp is a great image to practice on. They're very simple shapes over all and they take those red centers very well.

In today's video, I'm going to share with you.

  • How I chose these colors and why.
  • Color placement.
  • Transition between the color families.
  • Desaturating.
  • Focusing on shade and shadow.
  • Choosing your color pencil colors.

I kept everything here clean and simple to keep the folks on the Copic blending in those flowers. you could definitely add some shimmer to those petals and that would be fab though!
