Today is the day! It's time for the Catherine Pooler Celebrate Friends Stamp of Approval Release!
Just in case you haven't heard of the Stamp of Approval Collection...This is an exclusive collection, the products were designed FOR the box, they are brand new, and they won't be available again for many months. These collections traditionally sell out cuh-razy fast folks. The only way to guarantee you get one is by getting on the waitlist which you can do HERE.
I don't have a video to share today folks, but the card I'm sharing with you is super easy!
I shared several cards YESTERDAY that were clean and simple and I had big plans to do something different for my card today, but I couldn't get the thought of this design out of my head so I decided to go with it.
First I cut down a piece of Catherine Pooler WHITE Cardstock to 4"x 5.25". You could totally make this card one layer (ish). If you didn't want any dimension you could cut your panel to 4.25" x 5.5" then once the panel is stamped, you would simply adhere it to you card base.
I used the polka dot stamp from the WOOHOO Stamp Set to stamp a rainbow pattern across the bottom third of the panel. To get the dots to fit like they should I completely rotated it for each color. I used the Catherine Pooler 2/12" x 6 1/8" STAMPING Block, but you could use a stamping tool if you'd like. I just didn't want to keep moving my stamp.
You could use any color combination you like, but I love me a rainbow so I used PARTY DRESS, ORANGE TWIST, TIKI TORCH, LIME RICKEY and AQUATINI. I thought about bringing the colors up high enough that I could get SOMETHING BORROWED (blue) and FLIRTY FUCHSIA (purple), but I wanted to keep as much white space as I could.
Once I had all of my colors stamped, I carefully lined them up again with the stamp and stamped them again with VERSAMARK Ink. Then I heat embossed them with WOW CLEAR Embossing Powder.
I stamped the celebrate sentiment the WOOHOO Stamp Set with Catherine Pooler MIDNIGHT Black Ink. Then I stamped it again with VERSAMARK Ink and heat embossed it with WOW CLEAR Embossing Powder again.
I left off any embellies because I felt the panel had enough going on, but I did use FUN FOAM to add dimension to my panel. Then I adhered it to a WHITE Catherine Pooler Notecard and called it a day.
That's it!
